Osteoperosis prevention, whats the best course of action?
My friend has been taking tablets for quite a while, she also has bone density tests etc. Recently she had a dental implant and she’ had no end of problems.She read an article that said an ingredient in her tablet had a side effect that can cause a jaw condition, whereby the bone decreases. Does anyone know anything about this ingredient (Its phos or fos something)and what is a reliable and safe product for her to take?
