Dental Implants Nogales Mexico

Does anyone know a good dental clinic for root canals and tooth implants in Nogales Mexico?

The cost of dental care in the US is so outrageous I can finance an entire vacation by having the work done overseas. I am in Tucson and can easily drive to Nogales if the service quality and price is good.
