Dental Implants:How much $$ including surgery+extraction and what doctor to choose (Pittsburgh)?

I’ve been trying to find some info on the dentists in my area but to no avail. I’ve looked at ratedoc.com-suggestdoc.com …ect.I wanted to find out about cost of (in PGH) dental implants as well.No luck so far maybe Answers can help.
