Dental Implants Restorations

I have a dental implant screw loose – why and what repairs should be done?
I had a dental implant placed (Lower first molar) there is about 4-5 months by a dentist school. It worked great, but today I noticed it is a bit loose / wobbly. I do not know if the screw (ie the root of titanium) or if the crown / restoration, but if I had to guess I would say the crown / restoration. What is the most likely cause and remedy this situation? FWIW all, I have excellent health Oral (the original tooth was fractured by trauma), did not have any bone loss whatsoever, not smoking, etc.
it could be a number of things. More than likely this is indeed the crown. Crowns are placed on dental implants with screws or cement. if this were the case, then you see your dentist and have the crown recemented or tighten more. this is the cause of the bite of the crown, screw is not completely flush water, or cement has been washed. no big deal. generally, the implants are fused to the bone is moving or rocking just before falling from the mouth and with little to no bone around the implant. This is caused by many things are hard to pin point. it could be Excessive biting forces on the implant angle of the implant, implant defective luck …. etc with failures of the implant, generally, should be taken and then replaced. the fact that your oral health is excellent, non-smoking leads me to believe that this is not the case. there are ways to place implants dental restoration, so ask your dentist. This crown can be a temp too, in this case it would be normal that the crown is loose after 4-5 months.
